UKKCA 2025 – Complete AV Production Solution

JAS Live Digital was entrusted with delivering the full audiovisual production for UKKCA 2025, the biggest Malayalee event in the UK, held at Telford International Centre. This large-scale community event brought together thousands of attendees and required meticulous planning and execution to ensure a seamless experience.

Our team provided end-to-end technical solutions, including:

• Stage design and rigging: Developed custom truss drawings and layouts to match the venue’s specifications and the event’s creative vision.

• Sound system design: At UKKCA 2025, JAS Live Digital engineered a powerful sound system for over 8,000 attendees across two halls. Hall 1 featured 9 L-Acoustics KARA II per side with KS28 subwoofers and RCF HDL 6-A central fills to ensure balanced front coverage. Hall 2 utilized JBL SRX910LA active line arrays (4 per side) with onboard DSP for precise tuning. Advanced system design with Soundvision and JBL Performance Manager achieved uniform SPL, phase alignment, and crystal-clear audio throughout both spaces.

• LED screens and visuals: Installed high-resolution LED screens to deliver impactful visuals and enhance audience engagement.

• Dynamic lighting design: Created an immersive lighting setup to complement performances and presentations throughout the event.

• Technical liaison: Coordinated with the venue’s technical team and UKKCA organizers for a smooth setup and compliance with all venue standards.
