JAS Live Digital Limited delivered a complete end-to-end audiovisual, staging, visual design, and live production solution for this prestigious international ecclesiastical event, ensuring a powerful, immersive experience for both on-site attendees and a global online audience.

Audio & Choir Support

The audio system was engineered for exceptional clarity, coverage, and musical depth. A 30-member choir was supported with a dedicated performance platform and independent monitoring, ensuring precise foldback and confident delivery.

The event utilised 8 Shure SLXD4 digital wireless microphones, delivering crystal-clear speech with flawless RF stability for clergy and key participants. All front-of-house and monitor mixing was handled on the Behringer WING digital mixing console, enhanced with Waves audio plugins for premium sound processing, dynamic control, and tonal shaping across the entire system.

LED Screens, Visuals & Graphic Content Design

A high-resolution, multi-layered LED system was deployed using P2.6 LED panels powered by professional 4K video processors, delivering outstanding brightness, colour accuracy, and visual sharpness throughout the venue:

• 6m × 3m central LED screen as the main stage display

• Two 1m × 3m vertical LED side pillars for animated branding and graphical accents

• Two 2m × 2m LED live relay walls on both sides of the stage for audience-side visibility

• A dedicated entrance advertisement LED screen for welcome messages, schedules, and sponsor content

In addition to the technical LED deployment, JAS Live Digital Limited also designed and managed the full graphic content package used on all screens and for live streaming. This included:

• Event branding and visual identity

• Welcome screens and programme visuals

• Hymn lyrics and lower-thirds

• Live broadcast overlays and transitions

This ensured a consistent, polished, and broadcast-quality visual experience across both the venue and online platforms.

Lighting & Stage Control

Stage and architectural lighting was carefully programmed to enhance the reverent atmosphere while highlighting key ceremonial moments.Lighting control was operated using the Avolites Tiger Touch lighting console, allowing dynamic cue execution, precise intensity control, and seamless visual transitions throughout the programme.

Video Production & Live Streaming

A four-camera multi-angle live production system captured the ceremony with clarity and professionalism from every angle.This was enhanced with aerial drone cinematography, adding cinematic depth and dynamic motion to the overall production.

The entire programme was delivered via high-quality global live streaming, integrated with custom graphic overlays and titles designed in-house by our team, allowing international audiences to participate in real time with a seamless, broadcast-grade viewing experience.
